I just wanted to take a moment and give recognition to Eric Roper who passed away a few years ago. Eric was my friend and A Touch of Fire’s guitarist for several years.
A Los Angeles native, Eric’s entire life was centered around music. The energy and professionalism he brought to A Touch of Fire was unsurpassed by any other member in the band. Although he was an avid fan of Jimi Hendrix, Eric was well versed in just about any style of music. He is what I would call a musician’s musician. Hard working and dedicated, I never once heard him complain about anything. He is missed and will never be forgotten.
